Impress your guests this New Years Eve with a twist on a classic champagne reception. Our sparkling pear cocktail is surprisingly easy to concoct:
45ml pear vodka
½ tsp ginger syrup
Pear, thinly sliced
Sprig of rosemary
1. In a champagne flute, gently stir together the vodka and ginger syrup. Top up the glass with chilled champagne, garnish with a slice of pear, sprig of rosemary and enjoy.
2. You can create a mocktail version of this drink, too, simply by swapping the vodka and champagne for elderflower or soda water
